My name is B. Adam Terrell, and I am a board-certified personal injury trial lawyer. My specialties are negligence, premises and products liability, and general civil law.

I graduated from Texas Tech in 1987 with a bachelor's degree in finance, and I went on to earn my Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary's University School of Law.

In 1990, I became a practicing Beaumont lawyer when I started working at a distinguished law office. I was named a partner there in 1996, and I'm still with that firm today. Its current name is Weller, Green, Toups & Terrell, L.L.P.

Since launching my career, I've tried hundreds and hundreds of cases in Jefferson County, Orange County, Chambers County, and Hardin County, among other places. These days, I'm fortunate that so many plaintiffs request attorney B. Terrell when they're seeking compensation for the wrongs they've endured.

In addition, I'm a member of the Jefferson County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Jefferson County Young Lawyers Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and Phi Delta Phi, the esteemed legal honor society.

If you're interested in my services, please note that my initial consultation is always free. Also, a successful resolution of cases for my clients is dependent on recovery on their behalf.

I've always believed strongly in loyalty and commitment, and those values continue to guide me every day. After all, I've stayed true to the same law firm for 28 years. Even more important, I'm fearlessly dedicated to the plaintiffs I represent and to the absolute protection of their legal rights.

I've lived in Texas my entire life. I was raised in the West Texas town of Plainview by a farming and ranching family.
In fact, I come from a long line of farmers and ranchers. One of my ancestors was Charles Goodnight, an originator of Texas' cattle industry and a co- founder of the Goodnight-Loving Trail. Countless Texas Longhorns took this route from Fort Belknap to Colorado and Wyoming.

As a proud resident of the Lone Star State, I am avid outdoorsman that loves to spend time enjoying the lakes, bays and terrain Texas offers. In fact, I enjoy saltwater fishing so much, that I live on Sabine Lake.

As a Beaumont lawyer who's widely respected, my passion for equality under the law is as strong and deep as my Texas roots. I focus on being a litigator above everything else in my professional life. I'm not an attorney who spends much time on public relations, marketing strategy, or shooting TV commercials.

Instead, I prepare meticulously and do copious research for all of my cases. Then, once I'm in court, I represent my clients shrewdly and vigorously. For each of them, I fully bring to bear my knowledge, skills, and tenacity. I won't
back down no matter how wealthy or powerful a defendant might be.
